Yes, without a doubt! Once a groomer has groomed your pet at least once, you can select the times that work best for you. If that groomer is not available at your preferred day and time, you can still see other available appointment times with the same groomer or other groomers.

Grooming appointments must be canceled at least two hours prior to the day of the pet grooming service in order to get a full refund. 50% of the booking amount will be partially refunded for cancellations made within two hours. There won’t be a rescheduling fee if an appointment is rescheduled within 48 hours.

For your groomer, who will get all of the gratuity, we advise giving a 20% tip. After the service, you are welcome to give your pet’s groomer a tip.
